CO_2跨临界双级压缩带低压膨胀机制冷循环性能分析

摘要(Abstract):

通过建立模型分析比较了CO2跨临界双级压缩带节流阀与带低压膨胀机制冷循环的性能。结果表明:双级压缩CO2跨临界带节流阀与带低压膨胀机制冷循环的最佳中间压力并不是高低压的几何平均值;在一定的气体冷却器出口温度下,双级压缩CO2跨临界带低压膨胀机制冷循环有一个最佳高压侧排气压力,与带节流阀循环相比,其最大COP可提高20%,但当高压侧压力低于最佳值时,低压膨胀机对系统COP的影响随着高压侧压力的减小而逐渐变得不明显;在双级压缩CO2跨临界带低压膨胀机制冷系统优化设计中,中间冷却应采用完全冷却型式。
According to the model CO2 trans-critical two stage compression refrigeration cycle,the performances of the cycle with a low pressure expander are compared with that of the cycle with throttling valves.Results indicate that the optimal inter-stage pressure in the two-stage compression cycle is not the geometry mean of the low and high pressures.At the given outlet temperature of gas cooler,the maximum COP of the cycle with a low pressure expander is about 20% higher than that of the cycle with throttling valves.For the cycle with a low pressure expander,there exits an optimal discharge pressure of the high pressure side,as the discharge pressure lower than the optimal value,the influence of the low pressure expander on the COP is not evident with the decrease of the discharge pressure.For the optimization design of the CO2 trans-critical two stage compression refrigeration cycle with a low pressure expander,the complete inter-cooling type should be applied.
