齿形对类迷宫密封性能的影响研究Research of the Effects of Tooth Shape on Similar Labyrinth Seal Properties

摘要(Abstract):
针对类迷宫密封结构形式与往复式压缩机气缸与活塞之间密封性能的问题,深入讨论了不同齿形对类迷宫密封的密封性能影响。采用CFD方法对4组不同的齿形结构进行数值模拟,并把数值模拟结果与理论计算结果进行对比。对比结果表明:当齿形深宽比一定时,齿形结构对密封性能影响较大,其中梯形齿比圆弧形齿的泄漏量多21%;圆弧形齿最容易使流体形成能量耗散的涡旋,密封效果最好。
For the similar labyrinth seal structure have an impact on the reciprocating compressor sealing performance between the cylinder and the piston,in-depth discussion of the effect of tooth shape on similar labyrinth seal properties,using four different CFD methods to simulate the tooth structure,and the numerical results are compared with theoretical calculations. The results showed that when the aspect ratio of tooth shape is constant,tooth shape has a large impact on the sealing performance,and the leakage of the trapezoidal tooth is 21% more than the number of circular arc tooth; especially the circular arc tooth,which makes fluid more easily form a vortex with energy dissipation,and good sealing effect.
