离心压缩机全三元流场的预测

摘要(Abstract):

利用叶轮机械内全三元流动的变分原理及有限元方法预测三类离心压缩机全三元流场,引入人工可压缩性,处理跨声速流动;应用变分原理,化本质边界条件为自然边界条件,计算时间短,适用工程设计。计算与实验结果表明,只要流动不发生大的分离,两者比较吻合。
According to the theory of variational principle for aerodynamic direct problem on fully 3—D transonic flow in a lotating tuibo-impellers, a combined version of finite element method and artrifical compresility method is propsed for pridicting the fully 3—D flow field in centrifugal compressors. The calculation apeed is so fast that this method is fit for engineering design of turbomachine. The conclusions obtained by compairiag calculations with expriments show that so long as there is no separation in a flow field of centrfugal compressor, the calculation results are in keepiog with tile expriment resulta.
