自润滑活塞环组压力分布的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

活塞环是压缩机中的主要易损件之一。针对无油润滑活塞环组的快速失效问题,搭建了测量活塞环组间压力分布的试验台,得到了活塞环组内部各道环载荷分布规律,揭示了各活塞环非均匀磨损失效过程及其主要影响因素。研究结果指出,活塞环开口间隙相同时,无论密封压差及压比大小,各环间压力分布都严重不均,第一道活塞环承受75%以上的压差,这是引起不均匀磨损从而导致快速失效的根源;通过设计不同切口大小的活塞环等措施,可以改善各环间压力分布,使其均匀化,即可使各环磨损均匀,从而提高整个环组寿命;各活塞环并不是同步起作用,需要一定的压差才能使活塞环开始工作;吸气压力增大时最后一道环承受的压差增大,但第一道环仍然承受大部分压差。
Piston ring is one of the essential components which can be easily damaged in reciprocating compressors.According to the fast invalidation of the oil-free piston rings,the test ring was built on which the pressure distributions between the piston rings were measured,and the non-uniform wear process as well as its influencing factors were investigated.The results showed that no matter how much the pressure difference or ratio was,pressure distributions between the rings showed dramatically inhomogeneous when the rings cuts were the same and the first ring afforded more than 75% of the total pressure difference,which was the main reason for the non-uniform wear and then lead to fast invalidation.According to these analyses,a method in order to improve the pressure distribution was presented.The rings with cuts of different sizes were designed to make the wear of different rings more homogenous,and to increase the life time of the entire group of rings.The piston rings do not function at the same step,which requires certain pressure difference to make them work.As the suction pressure increased,the pressure difference on the last ring also increased,however,the first ring still afforded most part of the pressure difference.
