水环热泵空调系统的经济性研究Economy Research of Water Loop Heat Pump Air Conditioning System

摘要(Abstract):
根据水环热泵空调系统的特点,以某办公楼为代表性建筑,根据我国的气候分区特点,选取哈尔滨、乌鲁木齐、北京、武汉和广州为各气候分区的代表性城市,并以常规空调系统为比较对象来进行水环热泵空调系统的经济性研究。本文利用建筑能耗模拟软件eQUEST对该办公楼建筑在各城市分别采用水环热泵空调系统和常规空调系统的能耗进行了精确的模拟,并结合各代表性城市的公共事业费率,通过全面考虑水环热泵空调系统与常规空调系统在初投资、运行费用和维护管理等各方面的差异,计算了两空调系统型式在各城市的寿命周期成本和年费用,分析了水环热泵空调系统在我国各气候分区的经济性。
According to the application and development of the water loop heat pump(WLHP) system,an office building is selected as representative building,Harbin,Urumqi,Beijing,Wuhan,and Guangzhou are chosen as representative cities of every climatic region of our country,and WLHP air conditioning system is compared by conventional air conditioning system.eQUEST,a building energy simulation software,is used to simulate energy consumption of WLHP system and conventional air conditioning system which are used in the representative building in every representative city.According to the energy prices of every representative city and the differences between WHLP system and conventional air conditioning system in first cost,operation bills,maintenance charge,etc.the life cycle cost(LCC) and annual expenses of the two air conditioning system are calculated,and the economy of the WLHP system is elicited.
