对转风力机的设计及流场数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

基于传统单转子风力机风能利用系数低的缺点,采用改进的Wilson方法设计了一个对转风力机,减小了湍流尾流的影响,提高了风力机总的风能利用系数。研究了两转子半径比对总的风能利用系数的影响。通过三维数值模拟对所设计的风力机进行了设计工况的流动分析。研究结果表明两个转子的最佳半径比为1.5,此时总的风能利用系数能够达到0.52,风能利用系数比单转子的风力机提高了15.6%,风能利用效率得到了一定的改善。
Basing on the disadvantage of low wind energy utilization coefficient for the single rotor wind turbine,a new improved Wilson method has been used to design a counter-rotating wind turbine.It reduces the impact of the turbulent wake to the downstream wind turbine and increases the total wind energy utilization coefficient of the counter-rotating wind turbine.There are many factors affect the total wind energy utilization coefficient,this paper main considers the factor of radius ratio.The performance and detailed flow structure of the designed machine has been obtained by three dimensional numerical simulations.The results show that the optimum radius ratio is 1.5.Numerical calculation results show that the total wind energy utilization coefficient of the counter-rotating wind turbine can get to 0.52 when the radius ratio is 1.5.The wind energy utilization is increased by 15.6% than single-rotor wind turbine.The wind energy utilization coefficient is improved.
