管壳式污水换热器结垢厚度对流动换热的影响
Effect on Fluxion and Heat Transfer due to the Thickness of Soft Dirt in Shell Sewage Heat Exchanger

摘要(Abstract):

当城市原生污水作为冷热源时,换热器软垢对流动换热的影响不容忽视。本文运用热力学能耗分析法,分析了管壳式污水换热器中软垢的厚度对换热强度、流动压降及其有效能损失的影响。通过工程实例,指出了中等流速对系统节能和经济性都有利,而当流速较低时需进行及时除垢。
When using the urban original sewage as cool and heat source of heat pump,the effect to heat exchanger is unavoidable and not disregarded about the formation of soft dirt.Based on the method of energy consumption,an analysis is given of the impact,which the dirt growth of a tube and shell sewage heat exchanger will have on transfer intensity,flow pressure drop and their energy losses.The conclusions are educed by an example that middle velocity of flow is good to energy conservation and economical efficiency while it is needed to remove the dirt in time at low velocity of flow.
