摘要(Abstract):
采用无粘流动模型和有限元法及准三元法,求解了离心风机叶轮气流场,然后用"单相耦合"法并选用合适的固粒反弹模型和冲蚀磨损模型,计算了叶轮内部固粒的运动轨迹和磨损量,首次提出了在气固两相流离心叶轮中,不仅存在冲蚀磨损,同时还存在擦伤式磨粒磨损的观点,并分析了耐磨肋条的作用。本文结果对气固两相流耐磨离心叶轮机械的研制具有指导意义。由"八·五"国家科技攻关项目
The gas flow fields are solved by usingthe finite element method and quasi-threedimensional calculation technique with inviscid flow model. Then using the "OnewayCoupling" method, the trajectories of solidparticles and the erosion of blades are calculated with a suitable particle reboundmodel and a suitable erosion model. It isfirstly pointed out that there exists notonly erosion but also scratching abrasion incentrifugal impellers with particulate ladenf lows. The function of anti-wear sinewsadded on the blades is analyzed.
