叶轮几何参数对泵能量性能影响的正交试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

作者运用正交试验法,进行了叶片数,叶片出口安放角、圆周厚度和包角等四种叶轮几何参数对离心泵能量性能影响的试验研究。通过研究认为:叶片数和包角是两个比较重要的因素;正交试验法在叶轮最优设计方面是比较有效的方法之一。
The problem is studied firstly that the performance characteristics of pump be affected specifically by the four kinds of geometrical parameters of impeller, i. e. number of blade, outlet blade angle, tangential blade thickness and centre angle in this article using the orthogonal experimental method. A result is obtained as follows: the number of blade and centre angle are two kinds of more important factors, and the orthogonalexperimental method is one of the more efficient methods in the optimum design of impeller.
