基于500 MPa超高压增压器并联的大流量水切割主机研制

摘要(Abstract):

超高压(420~500 MPa)、大流量(4~6 L/min)的射流参数,是畜禽胴体高压冷态切分等纯水切割应用和碳纤维复合材料等磨料水切割应用确保质量和效率的关键因素。分析了水切割主机用超高压、大流量的增压器液力端设计难点,介绍了基于双组500 MPa超高压增压器并联的大流量水切割主机研制关键技术,探讨了双组增压器并联结构的脉动情况,结果表明该水切割主机能稳定地发生超高压、大流量的射流工况。
Ultra-high pressure and large flow parameters which are respectively 420~500 MPa and 4~6 L/min are the key factors to ensure the quality and efficiency of pure water cutting applications such as high pressure pure water cutting of livestock carcasses and abrasive water cutting of carbon fiber composites.The design difficulties of hydraulic end of ultrahigh pressure and large flow intensifier pump for waterjet cutting machine were analyzed.The key design technology of large flow waterjet cutting machine based on parallel connection of 500 MPa intensifier pumps was introduced.The pulsation of this connection structure was analyzed.The test results show that the waterjet cutting machine can steadily produce working conditions of ultrahigh pressure and large flow parameters.
