蜗壳形状对液力透平压力脉动影响的研究

摘要(Abstract):

为研究蜗壳形状对液力透平压力脉动的影响,以SM73-80-11型离心泵反转作透平为研究对象,分别对螺旋形蜗壳、环形蜗壳匹配同一叶轮的液力透平进行定常和非定常数值计算,并根据计算结果对比分析两种不同蜗壳形状对液力透平外特性、内流场以及压力脉动特性的影响。结果表明,除部分小流量工况外,螺旋形蜗壳液力透平效率均大于环形蜗壳液力透平的效率;环形蜗壳液力透平水头均大于螺旋形蜗壳的水头;螺旋形蜗壳速度分布较环形蜗壳均匀;螺旋形蜗壳液力透平内各监测点的压力系数值均大于环形蜗壳的,且压力脉动更为剧烈;螺旋形蜗壳和环形蜗壳内部压力脉动的主频和次主频都分别为叶频和2倍叶频;二者叶轮内部压力脉动的主频都等于叶轮转频,但是螺旋形蜗壳各个监测点的压力幅值要比环形蜗壳大;环形蜗壳压力幅值比螺旋形蜗壳更容易趋向于平稳。分析结果可为提高液力透平的性能提供参考。
In order to study the influence of the volute shape on the pressure fluctuation of the hydraulic turbine,by taking the reversely rotating SM73-80-11 centrifugal pump as the research object,the steady and unsteady numerical calculations were carried out respectively for the spiral volute and the annular volute matched with the same impeller.Based on the calculation results,the effects of the two different volute shapes on the external characteristics,internal flow field and pressure fluctuation characteristics of hydraulic turbine were compared and analyzed.The results show that,except for some small flow conditions,the efficiency of hydraulic turbine with spiral volute was higher than that of the turbine with annular volute;the head of the turbine with annular volute was higher than that of the turbine with spiral volute;the velocity distribution of spiral volute was more uniform than that of annular volute;the pressure coefficient values of each monitoring point in the turbine with spiral volute were all higher than those of the turbine with annular volute,and the pressure fluctuation was more drastic.The both main frequency and the secondary frequency of the pressure pulsation inside the spiral volute and the annular volute were the impeller frequency and twice the impeller frequency,respectively;the main frequency of the pressure pulsation inside the two impellers was equal to the impeller rotating frequency,but the pressure amplitude of each monitoring point of the spiral volute was larger than that of the annular volute;the pressure amplitude of the annular volute tends to be more stable than that of the spiral volute.The analysis results can provide reference for improving the performance of hydraulic turbine.
