摘要(Abstract):
在机械密封试验台上进行模拟实际工况的腐蚀磨损实验,并以清水中的磨损作为比较标准,研究了电偶腐蚀对密封磨损速率的影响规律。对恒定温度下的给定摩擦副组对,本文提出了腐蚀磨损速率的数学表达式: 实验结果表明,对腐蚀磨损影响最大的是介质,转速次之,比压最小。
On the test set of mechnical seal, corrosion wear of simulated practical operating conditions and the effect of galveanic corrosion on wear rate were studied, and as compared with the wear in the fresh water. At the condition of constant temperature and given coupling materials, a corrosive wearability equation was expressed as follows K_i/K_o = γ~(p~(?)v~(?))The experimental results indicated that the media had more serious effect on the corrosion wear then the lincarvelocity and the Preasure ngacti the end face.
