核电厂离心式设备冷却水泵设计

摘要(Abstract):

根据核电厂技术规格书的要求,离心式设备冷却水泵的水力性能需要同时满足多个工况点,作者在查阅非设计工况相关文献的基础上,提出了水力模型优化设计和CFD流场模拟相结合的水力设计方法,并进行了设计实践和样机验证,各工况点实测值均在可接受范围内,实现了多工况水力设计的目的,同时对泵的功能、参数特点、技术要求、结构设计、材料等方面进行了相关论述。
Centrifugal component cooling water pumps needs to satisfy multi-operating conditions according to the demands of nuclear plant technical specification,A technique that combinated various hydraulic optimization design and CFD design was put forward,otherwise,introduce the fuction,per-formance,material,structure of the pump.
