摘要(Abstract):

介绍了一种小型高压空压机的改型设计,通过方案分析,热、动力计算和重要件应力分析,按压缩机模块化设计原理进行了零部件改型设计,样机试验结果达到预期的改型目标。文章总结了该类高压压缩机产品的改型设计特点和方法,可供其他压缩机的同类改型借鉴
A kind of small-capicity high pressure air compressor of the retrofit design was introduced,through the retrofit scheme analysis,heat,power calculation and important stress analysis,modular design principle according to the compressor parts retrofit,the prototype test results to achieve the expected goal modifications.The article sums up the high-pressure compressor retrofit design of the product characteristics and methods,and other similar modifications of the compressor can use.
