蒸汽喷射器的CFD数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

运用CFD软件Fluent对蒸汽喷射器内部流场进行模拟,分析了工作蒸汽压力、引射蒸汽压力和混合蒸汽压力的变化对喷射器的夹带率及其内部流场激波现象的影响,并针对某一具体算例给出了工作蒸汽压力、引射蒸汽压力和混合蒸汽压力的最佳选取范围,对工程实际具有一定的参考价值。
By CFD software,the flow fields to steam injector were simulated.The effects of work steam pressure,ejector steam pressure,mixed steam pressure changes on the mixing ratio of the injector and the phenomenon of the internal flow field secretly shock was analyzed.A concrete example are given to design the best range steam pressure of work steam,ejector steam and mixed steam t,it also has certain reference value to engineering practice.
