高温热泵用螺杆压缩机电机流场的数值研究

摘要(Abstract):

为研究半封闭双螺杆压缩机应用于高温热泵时电机内部的温度分布状况,基于电机结构建立了电机内部制冷剂流道模型,通过CFD模拟了在高蒸发温度时电机内部的温度场与制冷剂R134a速度场。研究结果表明:当蒸发温度升高时,采用进气冷却电机效果减弱,电机内部温度升高,在制冷剂流速较小的区域出现超过100℃的高温点。该研究提供了高进气温度时电机内部温度分布情况,为高温热泵用螺杆压缩机的电机冷却方案提供了思路,同时为压缩机优化设计提供了依据。
When the semi-hermetic screw refrigerant compressor was applied in high temperatureheat pump system,temperature distribution of motor was animportantparameter to evaluate the performance of the compressor. Refrigerant flow channels in motor chamber were built based on the structure of the motor. Temperature distribution of motor and velocity of R134 a in flow channels at high evaporation temperature were simulated by CFD analysis. With the increment of evaporation temperature,cooling function by suction refrigerant weakened and average temperature inside the motor increased. Areas with lower refrigerant velocity had a worst cooling and over 100℃ temperature. This research showed the temperature distribution in the motor chamber at high suction temperature and provided possible cooling strategy for compressor used for high temperature heat pump. The velocity distribution in the motor chamber could be used to optimize the structure of the motor.
