联轴器对压缩机轴系扭振的调节研究Study on Adjusting of Torsional Vibration in Compressor Shafting by Coupling

摘要(Abstract):
在压缩机轴系中,联轴器不但起传递扭矩的作用,而且还有减小冲击、补偿各种因素引起的轴系相对位移和倾角。由联轴器联结的多跨转子系统的轴系扭转振动临界转速较为复杂,为避免其在工作转速的范围内,常需要进行结构的修改。本文通过分析及有限元动力学计算,针对某压缩机组轴系实例,阐明了利用联轴器调节轴系扭振的方法。当需要修改轴系动力学参数调整扭转临界转速时,修改联轴器参数是快捷、有效的方法。
The coupling is often used to transfer torque in the compressor system.Also it has the effect of counterbalancing the shafting displacement and obliquity caused by various factors,and decreasing concussion.The critical speeds of torsional vibration of multiple rotor system connected by coupling are complicated.Some critical speeds are close to the working speeds.So structure parameters are needed to modify.Through finite element calculation and rotor dynamic analysis,taking a certain compressor set as example,this paper elaborates a idea of using coupling to adjust the shafting torsional vibration.Revising the coupling parameter is the most efficient way to modify the critical speeds of torsional vibration when the shafting dynamic parameter modification is required.
