对旋风机两级叶轮等功率R2变转速试验研究
Experimental Study on the R2 Speed Matching with Equal Power for the Two Rotors of the Counter-rotating Fan

摘要(Abstract):

为了解决对旋风机第二级叶轮过载、运行压升及效率过低的问题,提出了两级叶轮等功率第二级叶轮变转速运行方法,搭建了试验平台进行风机的性能对比研究。研究表明:两级叶轮等转速运行时,第二级叶轮在小流量工况时功率迅速增大,易产生过载现象;在大流量工况时功率迅速减小,使得整机的压升与效率迅速下降。采用两级叶轮等功率第二级叶轮变转速运行,能够减小小流量工况第二级叶轮的功率负荷,从而避免第二级电机过载;能够增加大流量工况整机的压升与效率,从而增大整机的高效工作范围及阻塞裕度,拓宽对旋风机的使用范围。
In order to solve the overload problem of the second rotor(R2) of the counter-rotating fan and the problem of operating pressure rise and too low efficiency,a method of speed matching of R2 with equal power for two rotors was proposed,and test bench was set up to research the performance of the fan. The results show that the power of R2 increases rapidly when the two rotors are running at equal rotational speed,which results in overload phenomenon. Under the condition of large flow rate,the power decreases rapidly,which makes the pressure rise and efficiency of the whole machine decrease rapidly.The operation mode of the speed matching of R2 with equal power for two rotors can reduce the power load of the second stage impeller under small flow condition,thus avoiding the overload phenomenon of the second stage motor;can increase the pressure rise and efficiency of the whole machine under the large flow condition,so as to increase the efficient working range and blocking margin of the whole machine,and widen the scope of application of the counter-rotating fan.
