不凝性气体含量对气环法压缩机测试系统影响的分析
Impact of the Content of Non-condensable Gases on the Compressor Performance Test System Based on the Gas Loop Method

摘要(Abstract):

简单介绍了基于气环法测量的制冷压缩机综合性能试验台,着重讨论了当该压缩机测试系统循环中存在不凝性气体时,对整个测试系统准确度的影响。结果表明,不凝性气体对测试系统主测和压缩机吸气的影响较大,系统的测试数据不能真实反映所测压缩机的性能。
The refrigeration compressor performance testing system was introduced based on the method of gas loop.As the non-condensable gases exist in the system,it may influence the veracity of the whole testing system.This study results show that the non-condensable gases have a great impact on the importance side of the testing system and the suction process of the compressor.So the data of the testing system can not reflect the true performance of the testing compressor.
