水力旋流器中固体颗粒径向运动规律的研究

摘要(Abstract):

本文研究了直径为100μm的玻璃珠在直径为80mm的水力旋流器中径向运动的规律。采用测速仪观测旋流器锥度不同高度上的固粒速度,并通过分析固体颗粒径向运动的数字模型,得出了固体颗粒径向运动速度与雷诺数,进料速度、粒子所处的无因次半径r/D、相对高度h/D有关的经验公式。
This paper discusses the radial velocities of glass speres with a diameter of 100μm in a hydrocyclone with a diameter of 80mm. The main instrument used is a particle velocity analyzer. Particle velocities at different points in conical section of the hydrocyclone are measured. The dimensional analysis method has been used for a study on the mathematical model of the radial velocity. The empirical formula of the partical velocity about Re, entering velocity, ratio between radius and diameter of the hydrocyclone, the ratio between length and diameter of the hydrocyclone is derived.
