生产参数对水力旋流器分离效果的影响

摘要(Abstract):

针对现场生产参数直接影响到水力旋流器油水分离效果的问题,建立其关键部件S31803型旋流管的数值模型,利用Fluent对旋流管流场进行数值模拟,通过UDF定义油滴在连续湍流场中的最大稳定直径,分析压差比、含气率、处理量对水力旋流器分离效果的影响,并由现场试验进行验证。研究结果表明:当压差比的增加时,水相出口含油率降低,出口流量下降,溢流比上升;入口含气率在2%以下时,对水相出口含油率无明显影响,含气率大于2%时,低密度的气体挤占了溢流通道使水相出口含油率明显升高,含气率越高水相出口含油率越高;处理量增大时会增加向心加速度,但同时加强了流场中的湍流强度,油滴破碎机率上升,分离效果受到影响。该研究对水力旋流器的生产参数采用数值模拟配合试验验证的方法进行优化,提高设备调试效率,为水力旋流器现场应用及研究提供技术参考。
For the problem that the field production parameters directly affect the oil-water separation effect of hydrocyclone,the numerical model of S31803 hydrocyclone was established.The flow field of hydrocyclone was numerically simulated by Fluent.The maximum stable diameter of oil drop in the continuous turbulent flow field was defined by UDF.The influence of pressure difference ratio,gas content and treatment capacity on the separation effect of hydrocyclone was analyzed and was verified by field test.The results show that when the pressure difference ratio increases,the oil content in the water phase outlet decreases,the outlet flow rate decreases,and the overflow ratio increases;the inlet gas content is less than 2%,there is no obvious effect on the water phase outlet oil content;when the gas content is more than 2%,the low density gas occupies the overflow channel,which makes the oil content at the water phase outlet increase obviously.The higher the gas content is,the higher the oil content at the outlet of the water phase;When the treatment capacity increases,the centripetal acceleration will be increased,but the turbulence intensity in the flow field will be strengthened,the probability of oil droplet breaking will be increased,and the separation effect will be affected.In this study,the production parameters of hydrocyclone were optimized by combination of numerical simulation and experimental verification,so as to improve the commissioning efficiency of equipment,and provide technical reference for the field application and research of hydrocyclone.
