空调通风试验台喷嘴流量测量装置误差分析

摘要(Abstract):

根据误差分析理论对所研制的客车空调通风试验台喷嘴流量测量装置的误差进行了分析 ,分析结果表明喷嘴直径测量误差对整个喷嘴流量测量装置的误差的影响较大 ,在可能情况下选用直径较大的喷嘴可减小测量误差 ,密度所引起的误差较小。在流量测量中可将密度视为常数。同时还表明 ,喷嘴流量测量装置中的压差测量装置的精确度对整个测量误差的影响较小 ,应采用准确度相对较高 ,精确度要求相对较小的压差测量装置。
The error of standard spray nozzle of measuring air flow is analyzed.Analysis results show that the error of measuring spray nozzle's diameter is notable than other factors, adopting the larger diameter' spray nozzle can minish the whole error obviously,the density can cause little error and in the measuring sets it can be regarded constant and the requirement on the precision of measure sets for pressure difference is not higher than it's nicety. The accuracy of measurement can been improved by all these results.
