天然气初加工系统油泵和水泵节能技术
Energy Saving Technique of Adjusting Speed Running of a Centrifugal Pump

摘要(Abstract):

对天然气初加工装置进行变频改造 ,使油、水泵平均系统效率由 4 2 .0 7%提高到 5 6 .70 % ,给出了天然气初加工系统中离心泵的能耗数学模型 ,分析了离心泵调速运行的节电量及节电率计算方法
The mathematical models of power consumed by a centrifugal pump at different types of load are set up, and the calculating method of energy saving ratio when a centrifugal pump runs at a adjusting speed is given.A formula of the ratio of the power consumed between the two working state points is established.
