核级HVAC消声器的数值分析与试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

研究了一种为非能动核电站主控室应急可居留系统设计的折弯式阻性消声器。为了分析该型消声器的声学特性,基于ANSYS和FLUENT软件,对管路消声元件的性能进行三维数值模拟,提出采用等效阻抗方式的复杂结构阻性消声器性能计算方法,分析了消声器的传递损失和流阻损失特性。通过搭建试验台试验验证了模拟分析的结果,结果显示在中高频范围的数值模拟结果与试验结果能较好吻合。该型折弯式阻性核级消声器可有效提高吸声效果、减少通过频率,在整个频段上有较好的消声特性,研究结果为该型消声器的应用提供了依据。
A kind of bending resistive muffler for the main control room of passive nuclear power plant was studied.In order to analysis the acoustic characteristics of the nuclear resistive muffler,numerical simulations were carried out based on the software ANSYS and FLUENT.It puts forward a calculation method of resistive muffler by using the equivalent impedanc and forecasts the muffler transmission loss and flow resistance loss,which is verified by experimental test.Experiment results fit the calculations very well in high frequency.The bending resistive muffler can effectively improve the effect of the sound absorption,lessen the passing frequency.And it also has a satisfactory noise elimination characteristics in the whole spectrum.The research results provide a reference for the application of the muffler.
