高精度变频恒温恒湿空调机运行特性的实验研究Experimental Study on the Performance of an Inverter Constant Temperature and Humidity Air Conditioner with High Precision

摘要(Abstract):
通过实验研究了高精度变频恒温恒湿空调机的运行特性,并制造了实验样机。样机的精度和性能实验测试结果表明:设计的高精度变频恒温恒湿空调机能实现环境温度控制精度±0.5~±0.3℃,相对湿度控制精度±3%~±2%RH,并且能够长时间稳定可靠运行。同时,该机器具有较高的能效比,与同能力的普通恒温恒湿空调机相比,其能效比可提高约12.3%,节能效果显著。
Performance research on an inverter constant temperature and humidity air conditioner with high precision is provided by experiment.And a correlative sample is developed.As a result,temperature control precision of the sample can arrive at±0.5~±0.3℃ and relative humidity control precision can arrive at±3%RH~±2%RH.And,the sample with good anti-disturb capability can stably operate for long time.At the same time,the sample is of high the energy efficiency ratio.Comparatively,the energy efficiency ratio the sample is about 12.3% higher than that of the conventional unit in the nominal working condition of Chinese National Standard.
