摘要(Abstract):

简要介绍了水力旋流器分离性能测试的实验装置、用于旋流器数值模拟计算的数学模型和分散相模型。计算得到了旋流器的分离效率与流量的关系曲线、粒级效率曲线和压力分布规律 ,并将计算结果与实测数据进行了对比 ,这对从理论上评价旋流器的分离性能和结构设计具有重要的意义。
The experiment equipments used to test the separation performance of hydrocyclone are briefly introduced. The CFD model and disperse phase model are also proposed to simulate the fluid field of hydrocyclone. The relationships between separation efficiency and flow rate, the flow rate and pressure drop, the particle diameter and grade efficiency are given. The pressure distribution along the z-direction is also presented. The results are compared fairy well with the experimental data.
