摘要(Abstract):

针对工程应用中需对含有悬浮颗粒的水质进行过滤处理的特定需求,设计了一种通用性强、容渣率大的塔式过滤袋固液分离装置。对设计思路、过滤原理进行了阐述,给出了设计方案,制作了过滤装置实物样机。通过理论计算和测试试验,对装置的过滤能力进行了验证。
For the specific needs of engineering applications that the water containing suspended particles needs filtered.A tower filter solid-liquid separator with high versatility and large dirt-holding capacity features is designed.By design ideas,filtration fundamentals expounds,the design scheme is given and a physical prototype filter device is produce.Through theoretical calculations and experimental tests,the filter capacity of the device is verified.
