自循环射流式喷灌泵喷嘴的试验研究Experimental Study on Nozzle in New Self-priming Equipment of Centrifugal Pump

摘要(Abstract):
循环射流自吸系统是一种自吸快、对泵外特性影响小的新型射流式自吸装置。其中喷嘴的结构及尺寸直接影响到泵的自吸时间。对不同尺寸参数的喷嘴进行自吸时间性能试验,并探索新结构形式的喷嘴有助于进一步分析问题,改进设计。试验结果表明,喷嘴直径是影响喷嘴自吸效果的主要因素。对同一泵体,喷嘴直径存在最佳值,直径大于或小于最佳值都会增加泵的自吸时间。喷嘴锥角及流道长度对泵的自吸时间略有影响。双流道喷嘴的自吸时间要明显长于单流道喷嘴,泵体自吸时间随流道间距增加而变长。
A jetting-recycle system which can prime faster without efficient dropping is introduced.The dimension of nozzle is a vital parameter which is the direct acting factor to the self-priming time.In order to realize the self-priming for normal centrifugal pump,the experiment is done to make the further research on the nozzle and modified the structure.The experimental result indicated that the diameter of nozzle which has a optimum size is the major factor to the priming-time of pump.The cone angle and the length of nozzle have less effect on the priming time of pump.The nozzle with two conduit need more time to prime than one conduit nozzle.The time will longer as soon as gap enlarged.
