热回收型风冷螺杆冷水机组的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

简述了带冷凝热回收的风冷螺杆冷水机组的工作原理及其样机的构成,并对其在不同热回收率下进行了性能测试。同时,根据冷凝热回收制热水对样机系统能效的影响曲线,对热回收出水水温和热回收率进行研究,阐述热回收出水水温和热回收率对热回收型风冷螺杆冷水机组的性能影响,最后进行机组整体性能分析。
The operation principle of the air-cooled screw chiller system with condensing heat recovery and composition of the sample unit are introduced,then experimenting on it in different heat recovery rate. At the same time,affection curves of condensing heat recovery for supply of hot water on the system are made. What's more,the influence of heat recovery rate and temperature of outlet water is analyzed on the air-cooled screw chiller system,which explains the performance of the sample unit.
